He is working currently as Energy and International Affairs Consultant. He previously worked in several international organizations among which was OPEC Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries as Energy Policy Analyst.
His educational background is quite impressive as he holds a Master in Project Design, Management and Development and Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development, University of Calgary (Calgary, Canada). He is Graduate of the School of Economic Sciences and has a degree as Civil Engineer from Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador.
